With what I consider to be the demise of G4TV (i.e. constant airing of 6 month old episodes of X-Play and the existence of crap like Attack of the Show), it's good to see a newcomer to the arena. This Saturday and Sunday morning (not a premiere time slot, but, hey, they are just starting out), the NBC-owned Bravo networks will air "Gamer's Guide To...", a half-hour program that plans to focus on a "...big game, gaming platform or area within gaming."

The first episode, which will air Saturday, 10th March at 8:30am on Bravo 2 and Sunday 11th March at 11am on Bravo, will cover and center on the PlayStation 3 title MotorStorm.

"Gamer's Guide To..." will run back-to-back with "GAMER TV", produced by the same company. It may not be much, but an hour of programming from a "more reputable" (and I use the term loosely) network, could be good for gamers.

Edit: After not seeing these programs on Bravo this weekend, I contacted the producers. They explained to me the press release was intended for a U.K. Audience only, but did say that "GAMER TV does air in North America on Starz Edge." Sorry for the confusion.
