[News] [PS3]

Who knows. Hell I don't even think Sony knows when they're actually shipping the machine. They keep saying one thing then another then they don't know then it's just a 'target' and not an actual release.

Sony toots own horn falsely:
More than 20 first- and third-party PS3 titles will be available through the holidays, resulting in the most robust software line-up ever offered by a new console at launch.

According to our list (Wii game list icon to the right) there will be 30 titles at launch time and 3 more within 2 days...

But one thing is for certain. They do know what games will be out before or at whatever the actual release date of the machine itself will be. Here's the list from the Sony Press Release

The List of Launch Window Titles Includes:

SCEA Launch Titles

Resistance: Fall of Man

NBA 07

Genji: Days of the Blade

Third Party Publisher Titles*

Blazing Angels™ Squadrons of WWII

Call of Duty 3

EA Sports Fight Night Round 3

Electronic Arts

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Bethesda Softworks

Vivendi Universal Games

Full Auto 2: Battlelines

Madden NFL 07

Electronic Arts

MARVEL:Ultimate Alliance

Mobile Suit Gundam: Crossfire

2K Sports

Well at least if we don't have the machine we can admire the richly textured boxart and the exceptional sound quality of the snap on the outer case as well as the disc holder.

Hey what's that asterisk all about up there in the third party thing? That's the * by the way. It's about this:
