OK so all that blather about the registration page not working and the profile pages uneditable is history.
We can now move forward. Thank you John Williams for the musical accompaniment to my coding odyssey this evening (it's 00:47 right now for me). Oh and you to Mr. Wagner. Classical music helps soothe the rabid beast within and helps me focus on the matrix..I mean the code. Well whatever, what I'm trying to say is the uber-cool registration and user profiles are working and I am overjoyed at that very simple thing my friends.
