Although I certainly don't want this site to become a dumping ground of personal top 10 lists, I found creating the last list, quite enjoyable. The following is my personal list of the 10, er....make that 7 games (in no particular order) I just can't wait to play. Enjoy!

So, work took me south today to our Schaumburg office. While in the area, I figured I'd swing by Circuit City and see just how long the line was. For those of you not already aware, Circuit City is distributing their national inventory of PlayStation 3s to 6 of its large market stores.

How do we know we are getting older? Here’s a story about rediscovering the children of Galaxian, Crazy Otto and video games as benchmarks of age.

When you fly an airplane for a living, you end up sitting at a lot of different places for hours on end. In the “Biz” we call this place an FBO. (Fixed Based Operator) FBOs are like service stations for airplanes. The size and complexity usually depends on the size of the airport or clientele. Most FBOs like the clientele that fly jets because these airplanes drink copious amounts of JET-A type fuel that can cost anywhere from $4.50 to $6.95 a gallon.

Samsung brings video games to life by creating machine gun toting robot.  I think I fought it in 1981 in some Amiga or Atari video game, or maybe it was one of the 'great' Robocop games from the late 1980's. ED-209 was way cooler than this, but I'm still not certain it's a good idea.

Man, and they think gamers are violent? We're not the ones MAKING THE GUN TOTING ROBOTS!

They do not have any great pictures but there are some videos which are quite interesting. Though I'm rather afraid of the video. They have that all-powerful Hans Zimmer Gladiator Soundtrack or Pirates of the Carribbean music in it and I can't tell if it's actually part of the video or not. Either way it is rather strange that they made a music video out of a killer robot.

There's a strong connection between the worlds of gaming and anime. While not for everyone anime does hold sway in many households that have gamers in them. As such Viz, one of the most comprehensive and innovative companies in the field of manga (graphic novel) publishing, animation and entertainment licensing of Japanese content, is here to help you this holiday season with a host of new releases.

So save $350 for the Wii + 2 games and spend on the rest on these:

Child's Play - Where Gamers Give Back

Many of you are probably already aware that we are big fans of Penny Arcade. A few years ago, Tycho and Gabe (Jerry Holkins and Mike Krahulik), decided to form a charity organization. Well, they can explain it a lot better than I can...
