Yes, mysteriously there was a second Arcade game, though it's release was bumped up a few weeks.

EA Fantasy Football Live Draft Tracker

This is the application that was promised about a month ago.  This ties into EA's Fantays Sports website where plaeyrs can participate in fantays leagues.  Once the commissioner who host leagues drafts imports your fantasy league settings you will be able to select your picks with this tool and then upload a completed draft to your EA account.
