The Walking Dead this time in FPS

Activision has announced a new release, this time will The Walking Dead as a "first-person shooter", with the help of this company that made the game based on the TV series of the same name.

Do not confuse us with the latest game published by episodes by the company Telltale Games, which have nothing to do with this announcement of Activision and Terminal Reality.

The Walking Dead videogame:

The story focuses on the life of two brothers, of which we'll handle one of these, Daryl Dixon, trying to get to Atlanta from Georgia for their lives of the zombie apocalypse.

Game will run from zombies killed in cold blood and emptying our charger to try hard-hearted and to avoid being discovered by them, walking slowly, hiding and not making much noise. If the zombie reveals that not be another fight, but how to avoid up to us.

It also depends on who will accompany us during the game. There will be lots of characters who will become friends or enemies depending on the decisions we make.

Resources will also be an important part of the game, not abound everywhere, and both arms, ammunition and food and must be managed wisely to meet our goal.

New Game of The Walking Dead:

It is expected the game to be published and marketed during 2013, without having an exact date or what time of the year will be released. The Walking Dead will be available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

Really is unknown as is the gameplay, but it is clear that this will be real competition to the survival horror most famous of all time in games of this type (although not an FPS), the Resident Evil. On the official website shows a video that forward a bit so it will be this new story, and is already up even a section that allows you to reserve the game, but still is not enabled to do so.

It seems that the franchise of The Walking Dead is quite enough, and that this is not one of the last games we will hear will be announced under this name. The bet is doing Activision seems strong because it is overlapping with the launch of Telltale Games. However, all video games (or at least most) that address the zombie theme seem to achieve good results. We hope this is not the exception.
