The gnomes are presented in Risen 2: Dark Waters

Deep Silver has revealed new details of Risen 2: Dark Waters and has released new images of the game. This time we talk about the role that will have the gnomes in the history of the game. They are the inhabitants of the Island of Thieves and when they reach a certain age are sent by a shaman to take "great adventure", where they must find a priceless single object, the Auri Culci, with which to deal with the day of the last judgment.



Jaffar is a young gnome in search of "the great adventure". He faces the dangers of the next adventure with a sword and many small objects that can be used as throwing weapons, even if you initially did not have that function. In their journey they meet men, a contact that will not be easy to not understand many of their behaviors. Jaffar end up learning a little human language and be able to use short sentences. It will match up with the nameless hero and his adventures that will help, while still seeking his Auri Culci.

Risen 2: Dark Waters will be available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC next year.
