Dungeon Siege 3

In a land called Ehb it is very hot. An entire kingdom falls into chaos and terror, as the guardians of the kingdom because of various disputes, the desire to lose the job. Or so the story begins "Dungeon Siege 3". But that's not really important.

Action-focus
After Obsidian Entertainment has taken over the production of the game developer and visionary, Chris Taylor only advise, the focus is actually on an extensive plot. Whether to "Dungeon Siege" fit is questionable. For as in the old parts is really just a matter of massacre by hordes of attackers. Who do you beat up just for whatever reason was, so far at least not care. Now, your conduct in battle and your responses in conversations even directly affect the course of history.

Ehb is an open world game that gives you complete freedom. You decide which areas you explore the first thing here and there to take orders and go in the game several times back to a place. The missions are designed to be completed primarily on action. And everywhere there teeming with enemies. Play a warrior, you beat your enemies mainly by sword skull. As magicians have magic attacks from a safe distance the medium of choice. How many game characters at the end of act in "Dungeon Siege 3" is not clear. About 20 types of enemies are there but have designs on you.

As in all games of the genre to learn to earn by the constant use on the battlefield experience points, which enhance the skills of your soldier or new. More powerful weapons and better armor, it of course - that are either in the aftermath of fallen enemies, or in one of many treasure chests.

Duel
In the forests, towns, caves, catacombs, you are as a couple on the move: A computer controlled by the fighters is always at your side. At least in the console version can take a second player at any time on this role. Together, the fight against giant spiders or live brings skeletons then even more fun. Especially as the player to revive each other, so as to prevent the fatal outcome of a job.

Since the game appears only in 2011, it is still early to say anything about the quality of the title. Until then, change is certainly still a lot. Nevertheless, recognizing now that the series does with the third part of a clear step forward. Especially good seems to be handling the console version. The makers have managed to put many functions to open a few buttons.
